We collect what an order needs and, so far as we can manage it, nothing more:
To take payment, fulfil and deliver orders, answer questions, meet tax and accounting obligations, and defend against fraudulent or unlawful ordering. We also keep enough of a record to trace which batch a given order was filled from, which matters if a lot is ever withdrawn.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers. The processors we rely on — the payment provider, the carriers, and the tools that send email — will be named individually here, with where each one stores data, before the store opens to orders.
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Correspondence is retained while it is useful to the account and then deleted.
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to particular uses of it, or ask for it in a portable form. Ask through the Contact page. We may need to verify who you are first, and we may have to keep records the law requires us to retain even after a deletion request.
