It means the material is supplied for laboratory research and for nothing else. These materials are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements, and they are not sold for use in or on humans or animals. Nothing here has been assessed by any medicines regulator. Buying from this store is a statement that you are purchasing for research purposes and that you will handle, store, and dispose of the material under the rules that apply where you are.
No. We publish what a material is, what an independent laboratory measured in it, and how it ships. We do not publish or discuss applications, protocols, quantities, or expected results, and we will not answer those questions privately either. This is not coyness about our own catalog — it is the boundary that keeps this a research supply business, and we would rather lose the sale than blur it.
A batch code identifies one specific lot of material: a single synthesis run, filled and sealed together. Two vials of the same compound from different batches are different material with different paperwork, which is why certificates on this site are published per batch and not per product.
The batch code is on the vial label and on the packing note. Look it up on the testing page, where every published certificate is listed by compound and batch. Each product page also carries the certificates for the lots that product is currently filled from.
Yes, and we would prefer that you did. Each certificate names the laboratory that produced it, and where that laboratory runs a public lookup we publish the verification link alongside. That link resolves on the laboratory's own domain, not ours, and shows you the report as the laboratory holds it — which is the whole point, since a figure we host is a figure we could in principle have edited. If a verification link ever fails to resolve, that is a fault worth telling us about.
The compound, the batch, the date of analysis, and the laboratory. It states identity and measured purity, naming the analytical method behind each. Depending on the lot it may also carry endotoxin or heavy-metals results. Figures are published as returned — not rounded in our favour, not summarised down to the flattering ones.
Because testing scope genuinely varies by lot, and we publish what was actually run rather than a uniform list. A lot tested for identity, amount, and purity is shown that way; a lot that also went through endotoxin and heavy-metals testing shows those too. We would rather look inconsistent than imply a test nobody performed.
Material is supplied lyophilized in sealed vials and ships with tracking from dispatch through to delivery. Carriage is quoted at checkout before any payment is taken. Handling and storage become the purchaser's responsibility on delivery; the Shipping Policy sets out what we do and do not undertake.
Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once a seal is broken we cannot accept the item back, because we can no longer certify to anyone else what is in it. Something that arrives damaged, incorrect, or not matching its paperwork is not a return at all — that is our error, and it is handled as one. The Refund Policy has the detail.
