Effects of BPC-157 and TB-500 on Achilles tendon healing in rats: A histopathological and biomechanical study

The same rat study that appears on the BPC-157 page, read here for its TB-500 arm. Of 32 rats whose Achilles tendon was transected and surgically reattached, the eight given TB-500 produced tendons that took significantly more force before failing than the untreated controls, and scored significantly lower on both of the structural grading scales the authors used. Combining TB-500 with BPC-157 produced no further difference over either one alone, which the authors suggest may mean the two act on the same downstream pathway. The paper states the quantities, the route and the schedule it used; all of them stay in its methods section.
